If
you would like to schedule an appointment, please call Dr. Kilmer at
(303) 995-1188. We will make every effort to schedule your appointment
as quickly as possible. If you reach voice mail, please leave a message

Before
the First Appointment
If
you are going to use insurance for payment, it is important that you
check your benefits. Mental health benefits are often treated differently
from major medical benefits. You can find your insurance provider's
phone number on your insurance card.
Call
and obtain the following information:
- Do
I have mental health benefits?
- How
many sessions are allowed per year? How many have I already used?
- Whether
required by your insurance company or not, it is recommended that
you obtain an authorization prior to the first visit. Write this authorization
code down and bring it to your first appointment.
- What
is my copay/coinsurance?
- What
is my deductible?
We
are on many insurance panels but you are responsible to ensure that
Dr. Kilmer is a "provider" for your insurance company. If I
am not on your plan, it may make a difference in insurance coverage but
our office billing consultant will work with you to help you understand
your insurance coverage and work out payment options.
Please
visit our Office Policies and Procedures
page for your initial paperwork after you have scheduled your appointment.
