Dr. Kilmer is a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy and psychological assessment for children, families and adults. Our office is located with the Colorado Psychiatric Group and are conveniently located less than a mile from Highway 36 in Boulder, CO.In addition, Dr. Kilmer is a certified Child and Family Investigator and our office specializes in Parental Responsibilities Evaluations. As a court appointed Evaluator, it is Dr. Kilmer's duty to investigate parenting roles and make recommendations based on the best-interests of the children. We provide impartial, objective and comprehensive reports for families in Colorado, California as well as surrounding states.
